Description
The “(Bio)Molecular Interaction Platform” is supposed to offer its know-how to both the scientific community and the industry in the area of bio/materials including the health sector. Biomolecular interactions are at the core of designing and employing advanced and functional materials in biotechnolgy, bionanotechnology, health, and microelectronics (biosensors) as well as separation and purification processes in, for example, fine chemicals and pharmaceutical manufacturing. These areas cover three of the ten transversal technologies which have been explicitly outlined in the current “Euskadi 2030 Science, Technology and Innovation Plan”.
